IT City Mohali prices: Buy now or wait?

Renting has become such a headache, honestly. Landlord ne phir se rent badha diya, I'm just fed up. Finally taking the plunge, property dekh raha hoon, especially in IT City Mohali. The EMI vs rent math is getting ridiculous now. I've been checking prices there for about 1.5-2 years, lagta hai kaafi jump hua hai. Pehle jo 2BHK 60-65L mein milte the, ab 75-80L touch kar rahe hain, maybe even more for a good society. Not sure if this is the peak ya aur upar jayega. Is it still a good time to buy in IT City Mohali, ya wait karna chahiye for a correction? Kya bolte ho? Yaar, I don't want to miss out, but also don't want to overpay. Any advice on current price trends or specific projects?
