Builders like Godrej and DLF talk a lot about the Chandigarh IT Park driving demand. Is this real, or just marketing hype? I'm not sure if the IT Park impact on areas like Aerocity is genuine appreciation or just builder talk. Has anyone seen actual, tangible growth directly linked to it?
