IT Park expansion: kya iska impact real hai?

Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 24C for a bigger 3BHK. My wife's priority is a good school for the kids. Heard about the Chandigarh IT Park expansion. Is it *really* driving prices up in nearby residential areas for families, ya sirf builder hype hai? Should I look closer to it for future appreciation, even if it means slightly older construction?

Bhai, IT Park expansion ka hype toh bohot saalon se sun rahe hain. Mera cousin Manimajra mein rehta hai, usne bhi socha tha price badhenge but utna impact nahi dikha. Builders toh bas apna maal bechne ke liye stories banate hain. Sector 24C already established hai, toh wahan sudden jump mushkil hai. Naye projects Mullanpur Garibdass ya New Chandigarh mein shayad dikhega, but wahan schools ka kya scene hai, woh bhi dekhna padega. Older construction mein resale value aur maintenance ka bhi issue ho sakta hai. Kya aap
