Anantapura ke paas, just shifted last month. Sab log IT park aur SEZ developments ko price appreciation ka reason bolte hain. But honestly, Electronic City ke naye projects mein mujhe itna jump nahi dikha. Builder marketing hai ya real demand? Change my mind.
