Is that 'IT hub proximity' pitch by M3M and Emaar for real or just selling dreams? Fed up of renting, landlord ne rent badha diya phir se, so finally buying in Gurgaon. Builders always push these 'IT park/SEZ' properties, especially near Cyber City and Dwarka Expressway. They promise huge IT professional demand and great rentals. But is this just marketing hype for high prices? Yaar, does anyone see real appreciation or easy rentals there, or is it mostly empty promises?
