Just watched a video on Ivory County Gold in Sector 115, Noida. It looks pretty amazing, those 4/5 BHK flats are something else. But I'm always worried about project delivery. The video didn't really say much about the exact possession date or construction progress. Has anyone here dealt with County Group before? Do they typically stick to their promised timelines for luxury projects? Really curious about real experiences.

I made a mistake, thinking property buying is smooth, but Ivory County Gold ka scene alag hai. Builder ne bola possession next year, ab sun raha hoon 6-8 months delay pakka. Meri EMI shuru hone wali hai, aur rent bhi chalega. Really fed up of this. Kya karein yaar, anyone else facing this issue? Any advice?
