Ivory County vs Kalypso Court: Which is better?
Guys, I'm confused. Ivory County looks good, but it's under construction, right? Kalypso Court is ready to move in. Safe for kids? Which one has better resale value, what do you think?

Ivory County's floor plans look better on paper. But I'm worried about the actual execution. They are promising a lot of amenities.
Check amenities completion before booking in Ivory county, I made that mistake in another project. They showed a pool, but it was just a big hole for 2 years!
So, OP, what did you decide? Ivory County or Kalypso Court? Or something else entirely?
I heard Ivory County is offering some good discounts right now. But I'm still hesitant because of the construction risk.
Guys, resale value depends on so many factors. Location, construction quality, amenities, builder reputation...it's not just about whether it's ready-to-move or under construction.
True U19. And don't forget the market conditions. Interest rates are rising, so demand might cool down a bit.
My friend lives in Kalypso Court. He says the construction quality is decent, but the builder is not very responsive to complaints.
Complaints toh har society mein hote hain yaar. Koi perfect nahi hota.
Exactly! That's why it's important to talk to existing residents before buying.
True that! But some builders are just plain unresponsive. It's a constant headache.
Parking toh Noida mein har jagah problem hai yaar! It's a fact of life.
I visited Ivory County site last week. Still a lot of work to be done. Possession kab tak denge, bhagwan hi jaane!
Did they give you a possession date? Did you check the RERA details for that project?
Possession date toh sab late hi karte hain. Add at least 6 months to whatever they tell you.
Haan, and add another 6 months for good measure! Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol
Sector 150 is booming right now. New metro line coming up. But prices are also going up like crazy. I bought a plot 3 years ago for half the price it is now!
Kalypso Court is older, right? Maintenance charges kitne hain? Kisi ko pata hai?
Ivory County ka location is good, close to the expressway. But construction quality is a big question mark. Anyone has any insights on that?
I live in Kalypso Court. It's good, safe for kids. But the clubhouse is always crowded. And parking is a nightmare sometimes.
Ivory County vs Kalypso Court... good question! I'm also looking in that area. Kids ke liye toh Kalypso Court definitely safer hai, gated community hai. But resale value...hmm...
Ivory County is pre-launch right now, so it's cheaper. But yeah, risk toh hai. Kalypso Court is RTM, but rates are higher. Depends on your risk appetite, I guess.
Bhai, builders ka toh kya hi kehna. Both are decent, but check the builder's background thoroughly. I got burned once with a Noida Extension project. Never again!
Exactly U3! Which builder was that? I'm terrified of getting stuck with a delayed project. Noida mein yahi problem hai.
U4, DM me, I'll tell you. Publicly bolna theek nahi hai, defamation ho jayega lol. But seriously, due diligence is key.
Seriously! Please do share the builder's name in DM. I am planning to invest in Noida Extension too.
Even I want to know! I'm looking at a project in Sector 16B. Builder ka naam bata do bhai.
Guys, instead of just relying on hearsay, check RERA registration and previous project completion timelines. That's concrete data.
Haan yaar, naam toh sabko pata chal hi jaata hai eventually. But better safe than sorry.
