Ivory Court 4: Is it the right next step?

Since January, I've been looking at smaller flats in Gurgaon. After our kids moved out last year, honestly, we don't need such a big place anymore. We're considering Ivory Court 4 and trying to figure out if it's genuinely a good place to live daily, or just looks good in the brochure. What's the community vibe like there? We're looking for a friendly society, not somewhere isolated. Also, what are the actual monthly maintenance charges? And how accessible are good hospitals from Ivory Court 4? That's really important for us now. Any insights on the overall livability for a couple looking for something manageable would be super helpful.
