Ivory Court 4 layout lacks family-friendly space
Gurgaon Sector 106 — been looking at options there for our upgrade. We need a bigger flat for the kids, eyeing Viridian Longevity Project and Ivory Court 4. Viridian ka floor plan mujhe thoda better laga for a growing family, honestly. Ivory Court 4 mein space utilization thodi weird lag rahi hai, like waste ho rahi hai. Kids ke play area ya study space ke liye kaafi important hai. Also, school connectivity. Ivory Court 4 se nearby schools ka kya scene hai? My wife is really worried about their admission. Aur society ka vibe, investor-heavy toh nahi hai koi? Don't want a ghost society jahan bachhe akela feel karein. Any actual resident experiences or thoughts on these?

Viridian ka current status kya hai, possession mila kya logon ko? I heard good things about their amenities but wasn't sure about the delivery.
Totally agree with you on Ivory Court 4's layout. I visited their sample flat last month, and the living room felt so cramped, especially for a family with kids. The way they've cut corners for balconies really eats into the usable space. Kids ke liye toh bilkul bhi nahi hai.
Hmm, I saw Ivory Court 4 too. The layout is a bit unconventional, I'll give you that. But some of their 3BHKs have a good study nook area near the master bedroom. Maybe that can be utilized? Just a thought.
Sahi keh rahe ho. Builders aajkal bas numbers pe focus karte hain, practical living space pe nahi. Mere cousin ne ek project liya tha Airport Road (Gurgaon side) pe, same issue wahan bhi. Balconies badi-badi bana di, andar kamre chote ho gaye.
