Viridian ka floor plan mujhe thoda better laga for a growing family, honestly. Ivory Court 4 mein space utilization thodi weird lag rahi hai, like waste ho rahi hai. Kids ke play area ya study space ke liye kaafi important hai. Also, school connectivity. Ivory Court 4 se nearby schools ka kya scene hai? My wife is really worried about their admission. Aur society ka vibe, investor-heavy toh nahi hai koi? Don't want a ghost society jahan bachhe akela feel karein. Any actual resident experiences or thoughts on these?
