Totally agree with U1! Mera bhi ek project Noida mein almost 3 saal late ho gaya hai. Builder bas dates pe date deta rehta hai. Jab tak possession nahi mil jaati, tab tak ROI, appreciation sab bekar lagta hai. Isme invest karne se accha FD mein paise rakh lete.
