Jade County Phase 1: My site visit left me questioning the hype.

Did a site visit to Jade County Phase 1 last week and honestly, I'm not sure if it's worth the hype. Everyone talks about the fancy brochures, but is it genuinely good to live in daily? My parents keep saying location is everything, but the immediate neighbourhood felt... lacking. Schools and hospitals nearby seem okay on paper, but I worry about the actual community vibe. Are people friendly or is it just isolated towers? For ₹2.43 Cr+, I'm expecting more than just a nice apartment. Change my mind.
