Jade County Phase 1: Usable area at that price feels tricky.

Honestly, downsizing after the kids moved out is harder than I thought. We're looking at Jade County Phase 1 in Ghaziabad. Don't need such a huge place anymore, just something manageable with an elevator. Price range ₹2.43 Cr–₹3.82 Cr for an upcoming project feels a bit much. I'm worried about the actual carpet area efficiency for that amount. Matlab, kitna usable space milega for us seniors? Also, maintenance charges kaise hain wahan? Aur neighbourhood mein hospitals ya basic facilities paas hain kya? Is this genuinely a good place for daily life, ya sirf paper pe accha hai?
