For months, we're downsizing; kids are out, big house too much. Jai Ambey Jagdish Puram caught my eye. But I worry about actual daily livability there. Are the amenities genuinely useful, or just for show in the brochures? What about maintenance costs later on? We need a manageable society, near a good hospital. Is it a good home option?
