Kya Jai Ambey Jagdish Puram mein abhi bhi entry point sahi hai for investment? I've been tracking Ghaziabad for my next property, and this one caught my eye, but I'm worried about capital appreciation from current pricing. But delivery track record ka sunke darr lagta hai. My friend booked in Ahinsa Khand 1, aur uska project 2 saal late ho gaya. Is builder ka kya scene hai?
