Jai Ambey Jagdishpuram

Just got possession of my flat at Jai Ambey Jagdishpuram last month. The brochure showed amazing green areas and a fully-equipped clubhouse, but honestly, it's not quite there yet. We're already seeing small cracks near windows and some plumbing fittings feel really cheap. Maintenance charges are pretty steep, so I'm hoping they actually deliver on service. Anyone else feel like amenities are a bait and switch in Ghaziabad projects? What's your ground reality?
