Has anyone checked their RERA documents properly? What are the promised amenities and actual possession date mentioned there? Builder ne toh mujhe 2026 bola hai, but website pe 'null' hai. Confused hu yaar, kiski baat sunu?
Mujhe bhi yahi laga. RERA site pe details bahut vague hain. Builders aise hi karte hain to keep things ambiguous. Meri ek relative ne Aram Bagh mein property li thi, unko bhi similar RERA status dikha ke possession mein 2 saal delay kiya tha. Be careful.
As U2 mentioned, RERA pe 'null' ka matlab hai no significant progress. Amenities paper pe sab bade dikhate hain, but actual delivery is another story. Builder ki verbal commitments pe rely mat karna.
