Is Jai Hind Apartment's advertised price per sqft even close to reality? I've seen builders quote one thing, then add PLC, parking, and club charges to inflate it. Kya yahan bhi wahi scene hai? From my experience, real carpet area efficiency is often ignored for brochure aesthetics. Iska actual usable space kitna hai compared to other Delhi projects? Total cost of ownership, including maintenance, can kill ROI. Koi batao, is it a calculated risk or just another trap? Change my mind.

Bhai, my experience with a similar project near Anand Vihar was horrendous. They quoted 7000/sqft but by the time I added PLC for a park-facing unit, parking, club membership, IFMS, and GST, it shot up to nearly 9500/sqft. Jai Hind Apartment ka bhi yahi haal hoga. Always ask for the 'all-inclusive' cost break-up upfront, not just the base price. Builders play this game very smartly, especially with first-time buyers like us.

Totally agree with your point. Yeh builders hamesha base price kam dikhate hain. Jai Hind Apartment mein bhi mujhe carpet area efficiency pe doubt hai. They show fancy layouts but actual usable space for furniture and movement is often compromised. Iska actual carpet area kitna hai per sqft?
Exactly! Jai Hind Apartment ka brochure price toh bas aankhon ko dhokha hai. I visited, aur jo final quote mila, it was way higher. Hidden charges ka toh game hi alag hai.
