Actual livability often gets overlooked for just good specs. I'm seriously considering Jai Hind Apartment for a 3BHK; we're upgrading for our growing family. Is it genuinely good for daily life with kids? My wife's priority is schools nearby and if the area feels truly safe for children. What's the community vibe like there?
