I'm based in Dubai and can't do a site inspection myself, so I'm relying on community insights for my Ghaziabad investment. Thinking about Jain Homes 02, but construction quality is a big worry. As an investor, I need to know if the build is solid enough to attract good tenants long-term, without constant maintenance headaches. Matlab, after a year or two, are there common issues like seepage, wall cracks, or bad fittings that come up? My property manager will handle things, but I don't want recurring big repair bills. Does the initial construction quality hold up well, especially for resale value? What do existing owners say? Any specific red flags for Jain Homes 02 I should tell my POA to look out for?

Bhai, Jain Homes 02 ka RERA number nahi hai, yehi sabse bada red flag hai! 10 units ka project hai, toh RERA ki exemption mil jaati hai but as an investor abroad, you should be extra careful. Ghaziabad mein aise small builders ka track record bohot mixed hota hai. Quality control aur after-sales service mein dikkat aati hai. I've heard stories about projects near Ahinsa Khand II jahan finishings bahut substandard nikli hain.
