I work in real estate but buying for myself in Jain Homes 1 is different. Honestly, the construction quality worries me long-term. Heard about cracks and seepage appearing after a year, which kills resale value and means more maintenance. For investors, that's a huge red flag. Also, are the clubhouse amenities actually used or just a showpiece? Does an unused gym justify higher maintenance for a tenant? What's the reality with these things there? What are your experiences after a year or two?

Yaar, I'm a first-time buyer too, and this post about Jain Homes 1 is making me super anxious. My budget is tight, and I can't afford a property that needs constant repairs. Is this seepage issue really that common with them? I was actually considering it because the price was so attractive.
Totally agree, U1! Budget mein itna hi mil raha hai, but quality compromise nahi kar sakte. Cracks sunke hi darr lag gaya.
