Okay, I'll be honest — just moved into Jain Homes 1 Ghaziabad last month and I'm already a bit frustrated with the lifts. They feel slow, yaar, and break down quite often. Maintenance calls ka response time bhi bohot zyada hai. Pehle toh laga new society hai, thoda time lagega set hone mein. But it's been like this consistently. Is this normal for new societies in Ghaziabad? What's your experience with elevator quality and upkeep in other Ghaziabad projects? Any tips for dealing with the management on this?
