The biggest worry for investors isn't just price, it's hidden post-possession costs. I'm finally taking the plunge after years of renting, fed up of landlords and rent hikes. Looking at Ghaziabad, specifically Jain Homes 1. How's the actual construction quality holding up after a year or two? Does minor seepage or shoddy fittings kill your resale value or scare off good tenants? Also, are the maintenance charges reasonable for the service? Don't want to pay high AMCs for ghost facilities. Bhai, Jain Homes 1? For ₹10-12 Lakhs, aur woh bhi 2021 ka possession? It sounds too good to be true for Ghaziabad. Mera toh pehla thought yahi hai ki quality compromise hogi. Itni kam units mein toh builder ka focus bhi limited hota hai, ya phir kuch pakka gadbad hai. Ghaziabad mein 2021 mein yeh rate toh impossible lagta hai.
