Just moved into Jain Homes 1 in March, and already facing some unexpected realities. Builder ne full flat power backup bola tha, but it's just common areas and ek light/fan point. Raat mein light gayi toh AC band, inverter pe itna load nahi chalta. Tenant attraction ke liye ye sab small issues ban jaate hain. Water supply bhi morning mein low pressure rehta hai sometimes, lagta hai tanker bulana padega, which adds to costs. Elevators bhi kaafi slow hain aur maintenance response time is a joke. As an investor, I'm thinking about future resale value and how these daily hassles affect potential renters. Is this normal in Ghaziabad projects, ya Jain Homes mein hi hai? Am I the only one facing this?
