Honestly, I'm fed up of renting and finally taking the plunge into Ghaziabad real estate. Jain Homes (completed project) kaafi attractive lag raha hai budget-wise. Investor perspective se, I'm looking at ROI. Kya koi bata sakta hai actual rental yield kitna mil raha hai yahan? Capital appreciation kaisa raha hai since launch? Resale market kitna liquid hai for these units? I'm worried about getting stuck. Builder ke track record pe insights bhi chahiye.
