I work in real estate, but buying for myself is tough! Jain Homes Phase 2 is cheap, but it's, like, super basic. PKS Town Central is ready to move, which is a big plus. Carpet area mein kya scene hai? Worth paying extra for PKS, ya Jain Homes sahi hai for investment?
