Did a site visit to Jain Homes Phase 1 last weekend. Currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading. My usual trick for amenities is seeing actual usage – kids playing, gym busy. Jain Homes mein it felt a bit quiet. Residents, is the community vibe friendly or isolated? Pool, gym use hota hai ya bas showpiece?
