₹80 lakh for a 2BHK at Jaina Suvidha Apartments is what I'm seeing currently. From my experience, ye price point thoda high lag raha hai for the area. Has anyone invested here already? I'm curious about actual returns. I'm trying to calculate the real capital appreciation potential. Pre-launch se ab tak kitna growth hua hai? Also, rental yield kya expect kar sakte hain? Delhi mein rentals sometimes don't justify the property value for an investor. Resale market mein liquidity kaisi hai? Exit strategy is crucial for me. Any insights would be helpful.

Delhi mein rentals are a joke for the kind of property values we see. Ye 2004 ka project hai. Builder ka track record bhi check karna padega, old projects mein issues bahut aate hain.

Liquidity ka toh poochho mat! Older properties, especially with limited units (like these 85 units), take ages to sell. Exit strategy will definitely be tough if you're looking for a quick turnaround.
Pre-launch growth toh irrelevant hai. Project 2004 ka hai, possession ho chuka hai. Ab toh resale hi hai.
Haan bhai, ₹80L for a 2BHK in an old project sounds high. Alaknanda mein bhi rentals struggle kar rahe hain to justify the property value, toh Jaina Suvidha mein kya expect karein? Rental yield toh 2-3% se zyada milna mushkil hai.
