Visited Jaina Suvidha Apartments last weekend. Builder sales pitch was all about future appreciation, but I'm worried about the investor-to-end-user ratio there. Kahi ghost society toh nahi ban jayega? What's the real capital appreciation track record? Anyone bought here and seeing actual returns or just paper gains? Fed up of renting, need genuine advice.
