Jaipuria Sunrise Enclave: Real family living experience?

Since January I've been shortlisting flats for my kids' admission next year, need a 3BHK. Jaipuria Sunrise Enclave looks promising, but is it genuinely good to live in? My wife's priority is a safe neighbourhood and good schools nearby. Are the amenities actually useful for families, or just for show? What's the community vibe like?

Jaipuria Sunrise Enclave? Bhai, I've heard mixed reviews about older projects. Possession date 2003 ka hai, which means it's pretty old. Infrastructure ka kya haal hoga, especially plumbing aur electricals? Aur ₹61 L se ₹1.3 Cr, for an old project, thoda high nahi lag raha? Kids ke liye school aur safety priority hai toh bahut research karni padegi. Meri toh budget tight hai, itna risk nahi le sakta. What if there are hidden costs for repairs?
