Jay Hind Apartment: Basic amenities ki reality kya hai?

Is Jay Hind Apartment's power backup actually full-flat, ya sirf common areas? Currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK wahan. Broker keh raha hai sab high-end hai, but I'm worried about real utility issues. Water supply ka kya haal hai? Dependable hai ya tanker pe chal raha hai? Investor perspective se, these things affect tenant attraction aur long-term maintenance. Is the premium for these amenities justified, ya sirf brochure pe achha lagta hai? What's the real ground reality?
