Jay Hind Apartment: Kids' play area ki real condition kya hai?
Did a site visit to Jay Hind Apartment on Saturday and honestly wasn't expecting this. I work in real estate, so I know how brochures can oversell, but the kids' play area? Brochure mein itna grand dikhaya tha, but real mein ek chhota sa patch hai. Equipment bhi looks so flimsy, rusty swings, broken slides. My kids' safety is a huge concern, yaar. Is this just a 'ticked-off checkbox' amenity for builders? We pay such high maintenance charges, but for what, if basic usable amenities aren't there? Feels like sirf dikhane ke liye hai. What's the point of a 'kid-friendly' project agar play area hi unsafe hai? Anyone else faced this at Jay Hind or other Delhi projects? Kaise deal kiya with this?

The fact that it's 'RERA Not Applicable' is a massive red flag. How can any first-
This is a common tactic, especially in today's market where builders are struggling to sell. They show grand visions to attract buyers. But Jay Hind mein toh sirf 12 units hain, itna chota project hai. Is it even worth the risk for 35L-55L? Delhi mein aur bhi options mil jaate hain is range mein, maybe a bit further from core areas like Ansal Villas, but with better amenities.
Yaar, you're not alone. I saw a project near Alaknanda, brochure mein poora resort experience tha, but site pe ek construction site hi laga. Kids' play area toh chodo, udhar water supply ka bhi issue tha. Jay Hind ka possession date kya hai? 2026 tak toh bahut time hai, pata nahi aur kya kya change kar denge.
2026 tak toh kya pata kya ho jaye. Builders pe trust karna mushkil hai.
U5, Jay Hind ki possession date 2026-01-31 hai. Par bina RERA ke, date extend hone ke chances bahut high hain. My neighbour's project in Gurgaon was delayed by 2 years just because of RERA issues. Builders bahut promises karte hain, par deliver rarely karte hain.

U3, Jay Hind ka price range toh 35L-55L hai. Aur RERA number toh 'Not Applicable' dikha raha hai, which is a red flag for me. Bina RERA ke toh aur bhi risky lagta hai aise projects mein invest karna.
Haan bhai, same experience. Jay Hind mein kya prices chal rahe hain abhi? And RERA status kya hai iska?
Totally agree with you! Builders ka yahi problem hai, sirf dikhawa. My cousin bought in Anand Vihar and faced similar issues with the club house. Brochure mein swimming pool Olympic size ka lagta hai, real mein bas ek tub hota hai. It's so frustrating for first-time buyers like us. Humare paise ki value kya hai?
