Jay Hind Apartment: What's the actual daily life like?

Did a site visit to Jay Hind Apartment on Saturday and honestly wasn't expecting this. Kids have moved out, so don't need such a big place anymore. Looking for a manageable 2BHK. Price (₹34.99 L–₹55.00 L) seems okay after our resale, but I'm worried about the actual daily living experience. Is it genuinely good, ya just good on paper? Maintenance charges kitne aate hain monthly? Also, hospital proximity important hai, nearby koi achha option hai kya? Society ka vibe kaisa hai? Friendly log hain ya sab apne mein rehte hain?
