Jayanagar's new reality after all the infra work

Visited a couple of apartments in Jayanagar last weekend, hoping to downsize. We don't need such a big place anymore, but honestly, the noise with all the new infrastructure development is too much. Metro lines aur road widening ne poora area ka charm hi khatam kar diya hai. I'm looking for a peaceful, low-maintenance flat near a hospital, but it feels impossible now. Did anyone else feel Jayanagar has lost its quiet residential vibe because of these projects? Kya karein ab? My resale of existing property is good, but finding peace here is tough.
