Maheswari Nagar, Maheswari Nagar, Bengaluru
Hey everyone, I've been looking into Jayani Paradise in Mahadevapura, East Bengaluru, since it's a completed project and that's a big plus for immediate occupancy. With 223 units across 2 towers on 2.34 acres, it sounds like a decent density. The prices range from ₹76.51 L to ₹1.19 Cr, with an average of ₹7400 per sqft. For me, the crucial part is how well that square footage translates into actual usable space. At ₹7400/sqft, buyers expect more than just a decent location, they want efficient layouts. While I haven't seen specific floor plans, I'd be scrutinizing the unit configurations closely. Are they offering practical 2BHKs or 3BHKs that don't waste space on oversized common areas? The big question is whether the layout design prioritizes livable rooms over long corridors or awkward corners. Given it's a completed project, you can walk through and actually feel the space. This is a huge advantage for assessing carpet area efficiency and how well the space is optimized for daily living. For the price, especially at the higher end, you'd want to ensure every square foot contributes to a comfortable lifestyle. My take is to physically check if the layouts truly feel spacious and functional before committing.
