₹18,000 rent per month – that's what I'm actually getting from my 2BHK in Jaypee Aman, after being told ₹25,000 minimum. Possession was in March, and the society feels so empty yaar. Bahut saare flats khaali hain, mostly investors lagte hain. Isliye RWA bhi theek se kaam nahi kar pa rahi. Resale market ka bhi kuch idea nahi lag raha. Socha tha accha ROI milega, but ab lag raha hai kya kar diya. Anyone else facing similar issues with rental yield or finding buyers for resale in Jaypee Aman? Matlab, is it even a liquid asset?
Jaypee Aman, Noida Extension mein rehne ka real experience kaisa hai? Rent se pak gaya hoon, ab apna ghar lena hai. Amenities aur society vibe kaisi hai? Schools, markets paas hain kya?
Hey everyone, I'm looking at properties in Noida and torn between Jaypee Aman and Hark Sai Homes 4. Jaypee Aman is ready to move, but it's pricier. Hark Sai Homes 4 is under construction. What do you think about the location of both? Is Jaypee Aman's location significantly better? Has anyone experienced delays with Hark Sai Homes? Also, what's the construction quality like for both builders? I'm also wondering about the amenities offered. Which project has better amenities? Is Jaypee Aman worth the extra cost considering its ready-to-move status? Mujhe advice chahiye. What's your take? Thanks!
I'm confused between Jaypee Aman and Spire WTC Riverside Residences in Noida. Kya aap logon ko pata hai which one has better ROI? WTC ka location is good, but Jaypee is ready-to-move. What do you think about construction quality for both? Mujhe advice chahiye. Which one would you recommend for investment purposes?
