Jaypee Budh Circuit Studios II amenities are just for show
My possession for Jaypee Budh Circuit Studios II was in March, and I'm still figuring things out. Society mein shift toh ho gaye, but daily life ka scene bilkul alag hai. Amenities, like the gym and club house, are they actually useful or just for show? Nearby schools and markets ka kya haal hai, especially for kids? Kya yahaan daily rehana sahi hai, ya sirf investment ke liye accha tha? I'm not sure if I made the right choice.

Totally agree with you, OP. Jaypee ka track record toh sabko pata hai. Possession date 2018 thi, abhi tak log struggle kar rahe hain. Amenities toh bas brochure mein achi lagti hain. Mera friend Alpha I Greater Noida mein rehta hai, wahan ki societies mein facilities better hain.
Haan bhai, sahi keh rahe ho. Humne bhi Jaypee Sports City mein ek plot liya tha, abhi tak construction ka kuch pata nahi. Studios mein kya hi expect karoge? Price range (
