Guys, I'm confused between Jaypee Garden Isles and Paramount Golfforeste in Noida. Jaypee is completed, but Paramount has ready-to-move options. Which one would you recommend for investment? Kya kisi ne Paramount Golfforeste mein flat liya hai? What's the construction quality like? Jaypee ka resale value kaisa hai? Paramount's amenities seem good, but what about maintenance charges? Which one is better value for money considering the location and connectivity? I heard Jaypee's location isn't that great now. Mujhe advice chahiye! Has anyone experienced issues with either builder?
