Jaypee Garden Isles vs Paramount Golfforeste: Which is better?

Noida mein, I'm confused between Jaypee Garden Isles and Paramount Golfforeste. Jaypee is completed, but Paramount has ready-to-move options. Location wise, both seem decent. Kya aap logon ko pata hai, which one has better connectivity to the metro? Also, price difference is significant. Paramount's price range is quite broad. Has anyone experienced the amenities at either project? Which one offers better value for money considering the maintenance charges? Mujhe advice chahiye on which project has better investment potential in the current market. What do you think? Which one would you recommend for a family?
