Guys, found this video of Jaypee Greens Garden Isles in Noida. Looks pretty good, especially the greenery. I'm seriously considering investing there. My budget is around 1.5 Cr. Anyone actually living there or knows someone who is? What's the real story with Jaypee projects, you know? Honest reviews dedo, please! Is it worth the risk, ya phir koi aur option dekhu?
