Check the exact location within Golf Course. Some areas are better connected than others. Also, which floor?
Don't forget to factor in registration charges and other hidden costs. It adds up!
Resale value depends on the tower and facing. Golf facing units fetch a premium.
The new metro line extension will definitely boost property prices in the area. Keep that in mind.
What's the price per sqft you're getting? Compare it with other projects in the vicinity before making a decision.

I think Jaypee Wishtown is a better bet than Jaypee Greens. Still delayed, but the location is prime.
