₹95 lakh budget for a 3BHK, and I'm seriously considering Jaypee Greens Kosmos B Phase 4. It's completed, which is a big plus. For current residents, how's the actual daily life there? My wife's priority is good schools nearby and a safe environment for the kids. Is the community vibe friendly, or does it feel isolated? Just want to ensure it's genuinely a good home, not just good on paper. Any honest opinions would be super helpful.

Bhai, Jaypee ka naam sunte hi thoda darr lagta hai. Unka track record utna accha nahi raha hai past mein. Even though this phase is completed (Possession date: 2019-06-30), I'd be super cautious about maintenance issues or any hidden charges. ₹95 lakh is a big amount, make sure you check everything thoroughly, especially the RWA and common area upkeep.
