Jaypee Greens or ATS, which one is better?

Guys, I'm upgrading to a bigger flat in Noida. Need 3BHK at least for my growing kids, school admission is a big factor. My wife wants a good society, safe for kids, you know how it is. I've been considering Jaypee Greens and ATS. What's your take on their construction quality? Has anyone experienced plaster cracks or seepage issues after possession? Also, kya aap logon ko pata hai about hidden charges at possession? Mujhe advice chahiye, which one is better for resale value 5 years down the line? Any suggestions? Don't want any surprises later, yaar. Which one is better maintained after handover?
