I'm thinking of upgrading from my 2BHK. Jaypee Greens or ATS, which one has better construction quality, yaar? Heard ATS has hidden charges. Has anyone experienced this? Also, which one gives better resale value down the line? Mujhe advice chahiye. Already have a home loan, so ROI matters.

One thing I learned: Visit the site multiple times, at different times of day. See how the construction is progressing and talk to existing residents if possible.
Final advice: Negotiate hard! Builders are always willing to negotiate, especially if you're paying in cash.
Don't just look at the price per sqft. Check the carpet area! Builders are notorious for inflating the super area.
So, which project are you leaning towards now? Jaypee or ATS?
RERA registration check kiya kya? That's the first thing you should do before even talking to the builder.
Bhai, I'm so confused. So many opinions! Maybe I should just stick with my 2BHK for now lol.
@U3 Don't give up so easily! Just do your homework and you'll find the right property.
Construction quality wise, ATS is definitely better. I've seen both up close. Jaypee mein finishing itni achi nahi hai.
Mera experience Jaypee ke saath bahut kharab raha. Delayed possession, poor construction... never again!
@U15 Same here! Never trusting them again. Which project was this?
ATS mein hidden charges hote hain? Can anyone confirm this? I'm planning to book a flat there.
@U17 Hidden charges toh har jagah hote hain, bhai. Stamp duty, registration, parking... it all adds up. Just factor it into your budget.
Resale value mein ATS usually edges out Jaypee, but it depends on the specific project and its location, yaar. Check PropTiger and 99acres for comparable sales in the area.
Mujhe bhi advice chahiye. Thinking of investing in Noida Extension. Is it a good time to buy, or should I wait?
@U11 Noida Extension is still relatively affordable, but prices are rising. If you're looking for long-term investment, it might be a good idea. But do your research!
@U12 Thanks! Any specific builders you'd recommend avoiding?
@U11 Avoid Amrapali like the plague! And check RERA records before anything else.
I've heard similar things about ATS and hidden charges. Haven't personally experienced it though. Jaypee... well, let's just say their past isn't exactly stellar. Which sector are you considering? That makes a HUGE difference.
Sector 131 mein ATS project dekha tha. Rate toh bahut high bata rahe the. Is it worth it, guys?
@U3 Rate is high everywhere these days, bhai. Metro extension ke baad toh aur badh gaya. But 131 is a good location, connectivity wise. Check the builder's RERA registration before you commit.
ATS is generally considered better, but Jaypee has some good projects too, especially in Greater Noida. But their maintenance charges are crazy! Mere friend ne liya tha, he's regretting it now.
Maintenance charges are a killer! Exactly! @U5 Which Jaypee project is your friend in?
@U6 Wish Town. Don't even go there, yaar.
Jaypee Greens or ATS? That's the classic Noida dilemma! Construction quality wise, ATS has a slightly better rep, but bhai, hidden charges toh sabke hote hain. Resale depends on the sector and specific project. Which one are you looking at exactly?
