Jaypee Greens vs Godrej Woods: Which is better?

I'm so fed up of renting! Finally taking the plunge. Been looking at Jaypee Greens and Godrej Woods. Heard Godrej's construction quality is good, but Jaypee's resale value is better? What do you think? Has anyone experienced hidden charges with either builder? Mujhe advice chahiye yaar!
