Hi guys, I'm looking at Jaypee Pebble Court. On-time delivery ka track record toh thoda shaky hai, right? Construction quality kaisi hai actually? I've heard mixed reviews. Hidden charges ka kya scene hai? Any surprises at possession? I'm thinking long-term investment, so resale value matters. What do you think? Is it a calculated risk or should I consider other builders? Mujhe advice chahiye.
