Jaypee Imperial Court clubhouse is a major concern

Been renting for years, honestly fed up now. Seriously considering Jaypee The Imperial Court. I'm curious about the clubhouse and sports facilities there. Is it actually used daily by residents, or does it feel like a ghost facility? Also, what about the maintenance charges versus the actual service quality for these amenities?
