Jaypee The Imperial Court mein construction quality ka kya scene hai? I'm based in Dubai, so can't do a site inspection myself. Kya actual mein promised amenities deliver hote hain, ya just brochure mein hi achhe lagte hain? Worried about long-term maintenance costs and if cheap construction affects future resale value. Also, for investors, do these premium amenities truly attract good tenants and justify higher pricing, ya sirf marketing hype hai? Need to understand the ground reality before considering. Bhai, Jaypee ka naam sunte hi darr lagta hai. Meri cousin ne bhi ek project mein book kiya tha, abhi tak possession nahi mila. Quality ka toh pata nahi, but delays bahut common hain.
