Jaypee Imperial Court power backup is a dealbreaker
Since January I've been shortlisting properties in Noida, especially Jaypee The Imperial Court for investment. From my experience, what builders promise for power backup and water supply is often a huge gap. They'll say full backup, but it's only common areas ya phir limited load. This affects tenant attraction big time, especially for corporate leases. Also, water supply reliability, tank capacity, aur tanker dependency ka kya scene hai? I've seen this pattern before; bad power/water means higher maintenance costs for DG sets or water tankers, eating into ROI. Elevator quality and maintenance response bhi crucial hai, especially in high-rises. Has anyone faced hidden costs due to these issues at Jaypee Imperial Court? Am I overthinking this for long-term rental yield?
