Okay, I'll be honest, I just moved into my Greater Noida flat a few months back, and the RWA experience has been an eye-opener. Now, a friend is looking at Dasnac The Jewel Of Noida Phase I and Jaypee Jaypee Greens Kosmos B, both ready-to-move. My big question for these two: RWA aur society management ka kya scene hai? Jab tak society form nahi hoti, builders ka control rehta hai, aur phir transition mein issues aate hain. Also, rental potential kiska better hai? Jaypee Greens mein kya easily tenants mil jaate hain ya Dasnac ki demand zyada hai? Aur green areas ka real feel kaisa hai, brochure wali photos toh sab achhi hoti hain. Any first-hand experiences or advice on these specific projects in Greater Noida?
Honestly, even I'm struggling with this. Looking at Jaypee Greens Kosmos B (ready) vs Supertech Supernova Phase IV (completed) in Noida. I know the brochure prices. What's the *actual* builder trust factor for these? And for investors, which has better rental potential or 5-year appreciation? Any real-world experiences?
