Jaypee Kensington Boulevard? Bhai, Jaypee ka naam sunte hi darr lag jaata hai. Their track record with other projects like Wish Town has been a nightmare for many. Rental yield ki baat kar rahe ho, but pehle ye dekho ki builder ne waade poore kiye ya nahi. Investors ka bahut paisa fasa hai pehle, isliye rental yield myth hi lagta hai mujhe yahan. Bahut risky hai.
